Her death was confirmed by her brother, Meshack Sintei, in a statement shared on Wednesday, revealing that she passed away in the early hours of April 14, 2026.
According to the family, she had successfully delivered the babies at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital in Okolobiri before her condition suddenly worsened.

They added that her oxygen levels dropped significantly during the emergency response at the ICU.
The family described the incident as devastating, noting that she fought until her final moments.
Her brother said her passing has left a deep void, describing her as a committed doctor and a new mother.
