The owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, Leo Radvinsky, has died at the age of 43 after a battle with cancer.

His death was confirmed in a statement by a company spokesperson, who said he passed away peacefully.

The statement also noted that his family has requested privacy during this difficult time.

Radvinsky was a billionaire entrepreneur and served as a director and majority shareholder of OnlyFans.

He acquired the platform in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom.

Under his leadership, the platform grew rapidly and became one of the most popular subscription-based services globally.

Reports show that users spent billions of dollars on the platform, with a record $7.2 billion recorded in 2024.

Radvinsky also earned heavily from the business, reportedly paying himself billions in dividends over the years.

Aside from his business success, he was known for his work as a philanthropist and investor.

He had reportedly tried to sell the company in recent years but faced challenges due to the nature of the platform’s content.
