Roberto De Zerbi Signals Interest in Tottenham Hotspur Role

Tottenham Hotspur are pursuing Roberto De Zerbi as their next head coach following the sacking of Igor Tudor. The decision comes after Tudor’s 44-day tenure ended on March 29, 2026, with the team struggling near the Premier League relegation zone.
Reports from Sky Italia on Monday indicate that De Zerbi is now open to taking over immediately, rather than waiting until the summer, as was initially expected.
The former Olympique de Marseille coach has been out of management since February, and Tottenham believe he could bring the tactical stability the club urgently needs to turn around its season.
Club insiders suggest there is a growing belief that De Zerbi can be persuaded to start before the end of the current campaign, as Spurs seek to end their run of poor results and restore confidence both on and off the pitch.
