Spanish football giants, Barcelona FC are considering move to sign Leicester City midfield dynamo, Wilfred Ndidi.
The 26-year-old Super Eagles midfielder stayed with the English club despite their relegation from the Premier League last season.
He signed for the Foxes in 2017 and has made 252 appearances for the club in all competitions, contributing 14 goals and 16 assists in the process.
The Nigerian international only has a contract with Leicester City until next June and he is widely expected to leave as a free agent.
The club is believed to be a long-term admirer of Ndidi and according to Sport, the La Liga giants are hopeful of signing him in June 2024.
Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid and Juventus are also said to be keen in securing the signature of the player but Barca is believed to be at the head of the queue for his signature.
