Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen has disclosed that he has already made plans for his retirement by acquiring two estates, just as he also disclosed that buying a house for his late father, James Osimhen is one of his greatest achievements.
The 24 year old Super Eagles of Nigeria forward who played a prominent in helping the his club to win Serie tittle last season, explained that football is “temporary, describingthe estates are his most expensive purchases.
Osimhem made this disclosure in a recent chat with YouTuber, Korty EO.
Korty asked: “What’s the most expensive thing you’ve bought?”
Osimhen replied: “I have two estates. I’m a businessman o! Which is good because football is temporary. And when you are done playing you need to fall back to something.”
The striker frowned at the attitude of some ladies who receive expensive gifts from their partners on their birthdays but only send birthday messages to their partners on their birthdays.
He said he couldn’t gift a lady a luxury bag on her birthday and then when it was his turn, the lady would send just birthday wishes.
“I cannot buy a birkin bag for a girl and e reach my turn, you are telling me ‘a king is born today’,” he said.
Osimhen disclosed that he bought the house with the first money he made from football, adding thathe is sure his late parents are proud of him.
The Napoli talismanic striker said said, “God gives, and he takes. I lost my mum a long time ago. And I lost my father in 2020. But I know that they are proud of me.
“The first time I received my first money in football, I bought a house for my father. So, that’s one of the greatest achievements for me.
“To carry the name of the family on my shoulders, it’s actually not an easy thing. You got some attacking you spiritually. Some hating on you physically. And some backstabbing you. Because they prefer money to life, but it’s just God that’s keeping me.”
