A newly formed Lagos -based club ,1472 Football Club have announced the signing of two Brazilian players Wellington, a midfielder and Saulo, a centre-back.
They become the first club in the division to sign players from Brazil
The players will be unveiled to the club’s supporters later in the week.
The club is making their maiden appearance in the Nigeria National League, NNL.
1472 n kick-started their NNL campaign with a 2-2 away draw against Dakkada at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, on Sunday.
Solomon Alade scored the club’s inaugural league goal against the Uyo- based club.
1472 next opponents are Rovers in a match day two fixture at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, this coming weekend.
