A member of Eko Club, Babatunde Hassif-Mumuni, has celebrated the Eight days Fidau prayers for his late mum, Alhaja Wasilat Adunola Ashake Hassif-Mumuni who died at the age of 89 years in grand style.
The Fidau prayers held at at Eko Club,The Blessing Hall,1 Eko Club Close, Bode Thomas,Surulere Lagos State on Tuesday,12 September, 2023 were attended by crème de la crème in the Nigeria society and abroad,
The hall and outside were full to the brim with chieftains of industries, clergymen, politicians, industrialists, academicians, Islamic clerics, Chief Imams, traditional rulers, Muslims and Christian organizations, top government
officials, Media Executives, different group associations, professional associations, top members of Surulere Community, chairmen of landlords associations, families, friends well wishers, among others.
Those present talked about the virtues of the late Ashake Hassif-Mumuni for being a devoted Muslim, amiable, friendly, very caring, humble, kind –hearted, generous, among others.
At the ceremony, Babatunde Hassif- Mumuni exchanged banters with a lot of people who sang praises of the good virtues of her late mum, saying that herd eath has created a big vacuum which will difficult to fill.
To them, she will be greatly missed by his children, family members, relatives, friends, well wishers and her immediate community, among others.
Among such person is the Chief Executive of First Royal Times Newspaper andThe Royal Times,com .ng, an online medium, Mr Ranti Thomas.

well loved among his family, relations, friends and even his community. She will be missed greatly. I am sure she will be remembered by those who got to know her. We know that her death is an irreparable one and she will be greatly
missed. But her good memories will continue to linger in our minds and her family forever. May her soul rest in peace and may Almighty Allah accept her in Aljanah,” the award winning Thomas said.
After the well attended ceremony, Babatunde Hassim Balogun, expressed his appreciation for people for their efforts and support for the children and family during the Fidau prayer of their late mum.
“We are indeed humbled and grateful for your show of love and brotherhood .We are indeed humbled. Thanks a million. The good Lord shall continue to keep you safe and sound. We shall all age gracefully and be
celebrated by successful offspring’s, Aamin. Your efforts and supports are highly appreciated,” Babatunde Hassif-Mumuni said in a one page letter of appreciation,” he said.
