estate in Lekki, Ibeju, Epe and other areas in both Lagos State and Ogun State that care to listen to deal with his company directly.Akinfolabi made the call while addressing newsmen in Lagos on Friday, saying information at his company disposal revealed that some unathorised people are claiming to be the owners of vast land estateof the late Madam Efunroye Tinubu Akindele ,a businessman and a philanthropist, said anybody, individuals, group of people or companies that transact business of buying of land there without the consent Adamakin
Investment Limited did so at his or their own risk.“Information at our disposal has revealed that some people are claiming to be in charge of the 200 plots of land and are collecting money from individual(s), group of people, companies and allocating
land to them.“These buyers should beware of the people, they are land grabbers, not the real owners. My company, Adamakan investment and Works Limited, is the sole Attorney and nobody, either individual or groups of person have the right to transact any business concerning the land without
my company consent.”“We are using this medium to call on any intended buyers to beware of these people we described as land grabbers, they are fake, they are not legally authourised to do investment in real estate
acquisition and retailing.”“Buyers should beware of them. Anybody, individual, or group who transacts business with them do so at their own risk. Anybody who want do the business of buying land there, should contact Adamakan investment and Works Limited,” he said.
Meanwhile, Akindele has disclosed that plans are underway mark the remembrance of late Madam Tinubu.
“We have put plans in place for her remembrance. Late Madam efunroye Tinubu was a politically
significant figure in Nigerian history.”
