National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side Gotham FC have honoured Nigeria forward Ifeoma Onumonu for reaching 100 caps.
Onumonu signed for Gotham FC from Reign FC in 2020.
The 29-year-old signed a new three-year contract that will keep her with Gotham FC through the 2025 season on October 25, 2022.
The striker Onumonu, who represented the United States of America at the U-23 level before switching allegiance to Nigeria, previously played for the Boston Breakers and Portland Thorns.
She has scored twice in 14 appearances for the Super Falcons.
