Nigerian striker, Jerome Akor, has been voted Montpellier Player of the Month for October
The 23-year-old, who netted four times in three league outings for La Paillade in the month, beats the duo of Joris Chotard and Mousa Tamari to the award.
The former under 20 Nigerian international has so far scored seven goals in nine league appearances for Montpellier this season.
The forward bagged a brace in Montpellier’s 3-0 victory against Toulouse last weekend. He linked up with Montpellier from Norwegian club, Lillestrom in the summer
