This is certainly a good news for the management of English Premier League (EPL) giants, Liverpool and their fans worldwide as their most prized asset ,Mohamed Salah, will stay at the club after the Saudi Pro League transfer window closed on Thursday.
It was believed that the Reds turned down a bid worth up to £150million for Salah from Al Ittihad.
The Saudi club was prepared to make a higher offer in the region of £200 for the Egyptian football icon on their transfer deadline day, but that failed to materialise.
Throughout the transfer window, Liverpool told the Saudi club that Salah would not be allowed to leave Anfield at any cost
Recall that Jurgen Klopp had already seen players Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mané, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino move to the Middle East this summer.
But after Salah scored in a 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Sunday, Klopp revealed the club’s stance and said the 31-year-old was fully committed.
