The policy meeting of education stakeholders holding in Abuja has approved the minimum cut-off mark for universities, polytechnics and colleges of education obtained at the Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 2022 admissions.
The policy meeting is the forum where vice chancellors, rectors and provosts of all tertiary institutions in Nigeria meet with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board to determine the cut-off mark for admission into any Nigerian institution.
At the end of the meeting, the minimum cut off marks for 2022 admissions for universities has been fixed at 140; polytechnics, 100 and for colleges of education, 100.
